Tongyeong City is selecting scholarship recipients among low-income college students. Interested students are requested to check the details below and apply.

1. Eligibility

College students who meet all of the following requirements:

• Basic Living Security Recipients or Near-Poverty Class college students

• Students with an average academic grade of C or higher (based on grades from the 1st semester of 2026)

• Graduates of high schools located within Tongyeong City

• Those who have had their resident registration address in Tongyeong City for 6 years or more as of the announcement date and have attended schools in Tongyeong City for 6 years or more

2. Details of Support

• Expected Number of Recipients: 00 students

• Support Amount: Up to 1,000,000 KRW per person

6. Exclusions

• Those who have received the Tongyeong City Low-Income College Student Scholarship 4 or more times

• Recipients of the 2026 Tongyeong City Academic Excellence Scholarship, Local College Student Scholarship, or Talent Fostering Scholarship (Arts & Physical Education)

• Recipients of living expense scholarships rather than tuition scholarships

• Graduate students and students on leave of absence
