Notice on Application for Preferred Workplaces for Winter Vacation Intensive Work-Study (Fall Semester 2026)

Students wishing to participate in the Winter Vacation Intensive Work-Study Program for the Fall Semester of the 2026 academic year are requested to check the following details and apply within the application period.

■ Application Method: ① Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) Preferred Workplace Application + ② Trinity Scholarship Application

※ If either of the two applications is missing, you will be excluded from the selection.

3. Eligibility

• Applicants for the National Work-Study Scholarship for the Fall Semester of the 2026 academic year (1st, 2nd, and additional rounds) who wish to participate in the Winter Vacation Intensive Work-Study.

• Application and selection are only possible if the application status on KOSAF is 'Recommended by University' or 'Documents Completed', and the student financial aid support segment for the Fall Semester of the 2026 academic year has been calculated.

• Exclusions: Students currently working as Job Interns, Educational Support Interns, Research Interns, or National Work-Study scholars for the corresponding semester.

• Ineligibility for Concurrent Participation: Concurrent participation with other work-study/mentoring programs (such as the University Student & Youth Educational Support Scholarship, Multicultural/North Korean Defector Student Mentoring Scholarship, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

4. How to Apply

Must apply through both ① Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) and ② Trinity.

A. KOSAF Preferred Workplace Application

• Students must apply directly on the KOSAF website or mobile app.

• Website Path: Scholarships (장학금) → National Work-Study Scholarship (국가근로장학금) → Work-Study Management (근로장학관리) → Preferred Workplace Application (희망근로지신청) → 2026 Fall Semester During Vacation (2026년 2학기 방학중) → Select Preferred Workplace → Save → Final Application Confirmation

• ※ You can select between a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 preferred workplaces. (Application will not be completed if fewer than 3 are selected).

• ※ You must check the recruitment announcement for each preferred workplace and write your motivation for applying along with your priority rank.

• ※ Final workplace matching is processed by KOSAF. Please refer to the manual and procedures when applying.

• ※ Application via PC is recommended for smooth processing. Even when applying via mobile, please make sure to confirm whether the application is completed.

B. Trinity Scholarship Application

• Application Path: Trinity → Academic Information (학사정보) → Registration/Scholarship (등록/장학) → Scholarship (장학) → Scholarship Application (장학금 신청) → Click 'Add (추가)' in the middle right → 2026 Fall Semester (2026년 2학기) → Select Item (Scholarship Name: National Work-Study (Vacation) [국가근로(방학중)] / Department: Business Incubation Center [창업보육센터(BI관)]) → Save → Final Application Confirmation

• ※ Actual preferred workplaces are applied through KOSAF; please apply for the scholarship with the above item in Trinity.

• ※ Before applying, please check the work period and job duties of each institution and apply to places where you can actually participate during vacation. Please refrain from forfeiting after selection.

5. Operation Schedule & Future Procedures

※ The above schedule is subject to change according to the circumstances of KOSAF and the university, and any changes will be notified.

※ Detailed information, including selection results, will be announced later through the university website 'Notices - Scholarship'.

6. Important Notes

• After saving, please make sure to check whether the final application is completed in the application status. Even if you selected and entered preferred workplaces, you cannot participate if you do not complete the final application.

• Concurrent participation between work-study operated by the university and KOSAF work-study/mentoring programs is not permitted; students can only participate in one work-study type per semester.

• The actual work period varies by institution and may end early depending on institutional circumstances.

• If a change in academic status occurs during work-study (e.g., leave of absence, withdrawal, graduation, etc.), you cannot continue working.

• Final selected students must contact the person in charge at the assigned institution before starting work to confirm their first working day and work schedule.

• National Work-Study operates on the basis of promises and trust among the university, institutions, and students. Please apply only if you can faithfully participate during the vacation.
