Notice on Application for Preferred Workplaces for Winter Vacation Intensive Work-Study Program (2026 Academic Year, 2nd Semester)
Students wishing to participate in the 2026 Academic Year 2nd Semester Winter Vacation Intensive Work-Study Program are requested to review the following information and apply within the designated period.
■ Application Period: Oct 30, 2026 (Fri) 09:00 – Nov 12, 2026 (Thu) 18:00
■ How to Apply: ① Apply for Preferred Workplace via Korea Student Aid Foundation (KSAF) + ② Apply for Scholarship via Trinity
※ If either of the two applications is missing, you will be excluded from the selection process.

2. Application Period
Oct 30, 2026 (Fri) 09:00 – Nov 12, 2026 (Thu) 18:00 ※ Strictly observe the deadline.
3. Eligibility
- Students who applied for the National Work-Study Scholarship for the 2nd semester of the 2026 academic year (1st, 2nd, or additional rounds) and wish to participate in the winter vacation intensive work-study program.
- Eligible only if the KSAF application status is "University Recommendation" or "Document Completed" and the income bracket (financial support section) for the 2nd semester of the 2026 academic year has been calculated.
- Students currently working in Job Internships, Educational Support Internships, Research Internships, or National Work-Study programs during the corresponding semester are excluded.
- Concurrent participation with other work-study or mentoring programs—such as the University Student Youth Educational Support Scholarship or the Multicultural/North Korean Defector Student Mentoring Scholarship—is not allowed.
4. How to Apply
You must apply on both ① Korea Student Aid Foundation (KSAF) and ② Trinity.
A. KSAF Preferred Workplace Application
- Apply directly through the KSAF official website or mobile app.
- Website Path: Scholarship → National Work-Study Scholarship → Work-Study Management → Preferred Workplace Application → 2026 2nd Semester During Vacation → Select Preferred Workplaces → Save → Confirm Final Application.
※ You must apply for at least 3 to a maximum of 5 preferred workplaces. (Application will not be completed if fewer than 3 are selected.)
※ Check the recruitment notices for each preferred workplace and submit your motivation/statement of purpose and preference ranking.
※ Final workplace matching is conducted by KSAF. Please refer to the manual and procedures when applying.
※ Applying via PC is recommended for smooth processing. If applying via mobile, make sure to double-check that your application is fully submitted.
B. Trinity Scholarship Application
Path: Trinity → Academic Information → Registration/Scholarship → Scholarship → Apply for Scholarship → Click 'Add' on the middle right → 2026 2nd Semester (2026년 2학기) → Select Item (Scholarship Name: National Work-Study (Vacation) / Department: Business Incubation Center → Save → Confirm Final Application.
※ Actual preferred workplaces are selected via KSAF; on Trinity, please apply for the scholarship under the item specified above. ※ Before applying, check the work period and job duties of each institution, and apply only to places where you can actually participate during vacation. Please refrain from withdrawing after being selected.

6. Important Notes
- After saving, make sure to check the application status to confirm that your final submission is complete. Even if you select/enter preferred workplaces, you cannot participate if the final submission is not completed.
- Duplicate participation across work programs operated by the university and KSAF work-study/mentoring programs is not allowed. You may only participate in one work type per semester.
- Actual work periods vary by institution and may end early depending on the institution's situation.
- If a change in academic status occurs during work (e.g., leave of absence, withdrawal, graduation), you will no longer be eligible to work.
- Once selected, please contact the assigned institution's supervisor before starting work to confirm your first work date and schedule.
- The National Work-Study Program operates based on trust and commitment among the university, institution, and student. Please apply only if you can participate faithfully throughout the vacation.
