1) Go to Trinity -> Academic Info -> Course/Grades -> Classes -> Domestic Credit Exchange Application (Catholic-Affiliated Universities) and fill out the application details.

2) Go to Trinity -> Academic Info -> Course/Grades -> Classes -> Domestic Credit Exchange Credit Recognition, enter the credit recognition details, and print the required documents.

3) Obtain the signature/seal of your major's head professor or department chair on the printed documents, and submit them to the Academic Support Team (Total of 2 pages: Credit Exchange Credit Recognition Application + Consent Form for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information).

1) Students who have completed 1 year (2 semesters) or more.

2) Students with no record of disciplinary action under university regulations.

3) Students in their final semester before graduation are NOT eligible.

1) You can choose and take any courses offered by both universities, including taking courses exclusively at the host university (Note: Teaching certification and qualification-related courses must be taken at our university).

2) You cannot take courses identical to ones you have already completed (Inquire with your major department regarding identical courses).

3) Retaking courses previously taken at our university must be done at our university (Cannot be retaken at the exchange university).

1) Up to 6 credits total, including all credits earned through our university's winter/summer sessions, International Language Education Center credit-recognized courses, overseas language study credit recognitions, and credit exchanges.

2) Courses being retaken due to receiving a grade of C0 or lower at our university are excluded from credit exchange; retaking must be done at our university.

1) Required Documents: Submit the "Credit Exchange Credit Recognition Application" in person.

2) Submission Deadline: Must be submitted to the Academic Support Team at least 3 days prior to the partner university's recommendation deadline.

3) Steps: Enter credit recognition details on Trinity (Uploading the host university's syllabus is mandatory) $\rightarrow$ Obtain department chair signature $\rightarrow$ Submit in person to the Academic Support Team.

1) Take care to ensure there are no discrepancies between your actual course registration details at the other university and your credit recognition application details.

2) Canceling Credit Exchange: You must cancel via the Trinity credit exchange application screen. If you have registered for courses at the other university, you must notify both institutions.

3) If grade reporting to our university is delayed due to the host university's schedule (end of classes, grade finalization, etc.), it may negatively impact academic administration such as scholarships, academic probation, dormitory selections, and graduation. Please exercise extreme caution.
