C. Selection Criteria

- Candidates must meet the basic eligibility requirements and have completed both the KOSAF and Trinity applications.

- Students currently participating in other programs—such as job internships, educational support internships, research internships, or existing national work-study positions—for the same semester are ineligible.

- Selection is prioritized based on the student’s financial support bracket (income tier). Students who qualify for priority selection will be considered according to the relevant criteria.

- If a selected student declines the position, or if there is an insufficient number of applicants at a specific priority level, students from the next priority level may be selected.

- The final number of selected students and their respective working hours will be determined based on the university’s budget and the demand from the work sites.

※ Specific details regarding priority selection categories and criteria will be provided in the announcement for the "Intensive Work-Study Program" (Winter Break).

※ Simply applying for the National Work-Study Scholarship does not guarantee selection.

D. Other Important Notes

- The scholarship amount is calculated monthly based on the actual verified work hours and the hourly wage, and it will be deposited into a bank account held in the student’s own name.

Please ensure that your bank account information registered with the Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) and the university’s "Trinity" system is accurate and up to date.

- Students may not participate in multiple work-study or mentoring programs simultaneously (e.g., professional internships, educational support internships, research internships, the National Work-Study Program, the University Student-Youth Educational Support Scholarship, or the Mentoring Scholarship for Multicultural/North Korean Defector Students).

- The National Work-Study Scholarship may be received in an amount that exceeds the cost of tuition.

- Once selected, students must contact the person in charge at their assigned workplace before beginning their duties to confirm their start date and work schedule.
