The mid-semester course evaluation is being conducted for undergraduate courses offered in Fall Semester 2026. We encourage all students to actively participate.  

1. Evaluation Period: October 26, 2026 (Mon) – October 30, 2026 (Fri)   

2. Evaluation Types:

 1) General / Standard Courses   

 2) Lab / Practical Courses   

 3) Online / Blended / Flipped Learning Courses   

 4) Design Courses (Keystone Design, Adventure Design, Capstone Design)

   ※ Please complete the evaluation for one course, save it, and then select the next course to proceed through all of your enrolled courses one by one.   

4. Important Notes:

1. 1) The mid-semester course evaluation is used solely for assessing class satisfaction and gathering feedback.   

2. 2) The evaluation is conducted anonymously, and your personal information will never be disclosed to the instructor.   

3. 3) Please note that abusing anonymity to write personal attacks, groundless slander, profanity, or defamatory content in open-ended questions may result in legal liability under relevant laws.   

4. 4) You must answer all questions in the survey to save your responses and move on to evaluating the next course.   

5. 5) Credit exchange students from other universities can also participate in the evaluation via Trinity.
