The Eunpyeong District Scholarship Foundation is accepting applications for second-half scholarship recipients for 2026 as outlined below. We welcome applications from interested students.

• 1. Eligibility (General Scholarship): University students who meet ALL of the following criteria:

  •  - Resident of Eunpyeong-gu for at least 2 consecutive years as of the announcement date

  •  - Within Income Bracket 8 or lower in the Student Financial Aid Segment

  •  - Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in the immediately preceding semester
