[Center for Teaching & Learning] AI-Powered IT Application Workshop (Session 7) – “Creating Illustrations with AI”: Call for Participants

This is an in-person workshop.

Hello, students of The Catholic University of Korea.

We are announcing the 7th session of the AI-Powered IT Application Workshop for the 2026 academic year.

This workshop is a computer skills program offered by the Center for Teaching & Learning. 

It is designed to help students develop the information literacy and AI application skills essential for both academic success and future employment—covering areas such as report writing, image and video creation techniques, and data management and analysis.

Please review the details below and register via the ‘AI Smart Integrated Support System (AI Cody).’ (Limited to the first 40 registrants)

◎ Schedule and Special Lecture Format

• -Schedule (4 sessions of 3 hours each; 12 hours total)

Session 1: October 26, 2026 (Mon) 18:30–21:30

Session 2: October 28, 2026 (Wed) 18:30–21:30

Session 3: November 2, 2026 (Mon) 18:30–21:30

Session 4: November 4, 2026 (Wed) 18:30–21:30

• *Registration is open only to students who can attend all four sessions.
• *Students with a prior record of registering but failing to attend may be restricted from participating. 
• - Format: In-person (Please check the delivery method before registering!)

◎ Registration Period: October 6 (Tue) – October 22 (Thu), 2026 (Weekends included)

• *Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early.
• *Participants will be notified individually via text and email once selected.

◎ Benefits

• -12 hours of "Self-making Job Portfolio" credit awarded upon 85%+ attendance and completion of the satisfaction survey
• -2 ELP points awarded per session attended
• *Maximum of 10 points can be earned per semester for AI-based IT application software workshops

◎ Important Notices & Guidelines

• -Attendance at all 4 sessions is mandatory.
• -Please check the delivery method before registering (In-person session).
• -Failure to attend without prior notice may result in restrictions on participation in future programs.
• -If participation time is insufficient (less than 85% of total instructional time), the "Self-making Job Portfolio"
• -requirement will be marked as incomplete, even if all sessions were attended.
• -Participation time may not be recognized if class conduct is poor (e.g., non-responsiveness, leaving one's seat).
• -A satisfaction survey will be conducted after the completion of all sessions.
  • -Unauthorized recording and distribution of the lecture are prohibited.
