Notice on Changes to the Absence Notification Application for the 2026 Spring Semester
Starting from the 2026 Spring Semester, the absence notification application process will be computerized. Please refer to the following application and processing procedures, and make sure to submit the application within the designated period if applicable.

B. Absence Notification Application Guide
Application Method (※ No. 1–11, excluding No. 6 and No. 7)
Students must apply directly through the Trinity system.
Path: Trinity – Academic Information – Class/Grades – Class – Absence Notification ApplicationSupporting documents must be uploaded.
Application Method (Applicable only to No. 6)
→ Submit the absence permission form and supporting documents to the affiliated department.
→ After review by the Academic Affairs Services Team, approval will be granted.
C. Notes
The absence notification must be submitted within 3 days from the date of absence (within one week in case of unforeseen absence). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be recognized as attendance.
Approval is granted only to students who are within the allowable absence limit for each course, and it is not permitted for examinations or other activities directly related to grading.
During the summer or winter session, it may be used only once during the class period.
Absence notifications for seasonal semesters must be submitted the day after the absence.
When applying for an absence notification, attendance will be recognized by the instructor if the alternative assignment specified in the syllabus is submitted (except for No. 4).
