On May 30 (Sat), students of the Department of Arts and Media Convergence at our school achieved excellent results at the 2026 3rd Korea Game Association X Nexon Games National College Student Digital Art Contest.

The contest is a nationwide digital art contest co-hosted by the Korean Game Association and Nexon Games, designed to discover next-generation digital artists with creative sensitivity and technology.

The contest was divided into artificial intelligence (AI) and non-artificial intelligence (non-AI) categories, and 19 students from the Department of Arts and Media Convergence "Digital Image and Video Production Workshop" submitted their works. Among them, a total of nine won the △ Excellence Award, △ Special Award, and △ Seven won the election.

Students showed unique works based on the digital image production techniques, video expression skills, and Generative AI skills learned in class. In particular, digital technology was used as a tool for creation to capture each individual's imagination and perspective in their works.

Liang Ziejing, a student who won the Excellence Award, said, "This contest was an opportunity to confirm and expand his creative capabilities."

Professor Gil Sun-young, an advisor, said, "It was impressive that students developed AI utilization capabilities and digital image production techniques into creative results. Through this award, we were able to confirm the growth potential and artistic potential of students."
