  • Date :2026.05.15

The '2026 Career Exploration Festival' was held for four days from May 11 (Mon) to 14 (Thu) at the Conference Room in Cardinal Kim Sou-hwan Hall of our university.

This event was prepared to help lower-grade students gain broad access to department information and university life support services, and to establish systematic career and employment plans from the beginning of their admission.

During the event period, 37 departments within the school, as well as 7 divisions including the University Job Plus Center, International Affairs Team, and College Management Team, participated to provide customized consultations and information for students.

Cooperation with external specialized institutions also made this event even richer. Five external institutions, including the National Employment Support Program, Overseas Employment Consulting, Extracurricular Activity Consulting, and Career/Employment Counseling in the fields of Natural Sciences & Engineering and Humanities & Social Sciences, also operated specialized consultation booths to directly deliver realistic employment and career information to students.

Side events prepared throughout the venue, such as employment tarot, personal color diagnosis & image consulting, and Life Four Cuts (photo booths), added a lively festival atmosphere along with serious career consultations, catching the steps of students. In particular, this festival was operated in connection with the I-Design curriculum of the College Management Team, serving as an opportunity for first-year students to concretely draw their major selection and career direction based on their aptitudes and areas of interest.

President Jun-gi Choi, who visited the scene, said, "I hope this festival becomes an opportunity for students to discover their aptitudes and possibilities, and to actively design their university life."
