The Faculty Meeting for the beginning of the Spring Semester 2026 was held on Thursday, March 5, at 4:00 PM at Michael Hall (Administration)(H). The meeting proceeded in the following order: ▲ Opening and Commencement Prayer ▲ Appointment Ceremony for Chair, Special Appointed, and Visiting Professors ▲ Appointment Ceremony for Professors Emeritus and Presentation of Government Awards ▲ Appointment Ceremony for New Faculty Members ▲ Message from the President.

At the appointment ceremony, a total of 18 members were newly appointed, including 5 professors (Chair, Special Appointed, Visiting, and Emeritus) and 13 new faculty members for the Spring Semester 2026. The participants had time to welcome each other through introductions of their respective research fields.

President Choi Jun-kyu emphasized "A new leap forward for The Catholic University of Korea, created together," and requested, "Please join us with one heart for an innovative educational environment and an upright university community."
