The Catholic University of Korea (President Luke Jun-kyu Choi) held the ‘Seongsim Alumni Association Development Fund Donation Ceremony’ on Thursday, the 12th, at Michael Hall. To commemorate the 170th anniversary of the university’s founding, the 33rd Seongsim Alumni Association gathered contributions from 14 alumni to deliver a development fund of 50 million KRW.

Lee Sang-kyun, Vice President for Academic Affairs, expressed his gratitude, stating, "The Alumni Association is the pillar and the root of our university." Min Maeng-ho, President of the Alumni Association, responded, "We will continue to strive for the revitalization of the association and the further development of our alma mater."

The donated funds are slated to be used for university advancement and the improvement of educational and research environments.
