President Choi Jun-gyu of The Catholic University of Korea visited the Sangam JTBC Studio at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 24, to participate in an interview for the 'Morning & ' general news program, commemorating the university's 170th anniversary.

The interview, hosted by anchor Jung Jae-woo, an alumnus of the university, was conducted in-depth on topics such as: $\text{The historical significance of The Catholic University of Korea's 170th anniversary}$, $\text{the vision and educational philosophy as the 9th president}$, $\text{future concentrated investment plans}$, and $\text{the symbolic meaning of the Catholic University-POSTECH joint degree promotion}$.

President Choi Jun-gyu expressed his ambition, stating, "We will create new values demanded by the times based on our 170-year tradition," and "We will do our best to realize the vision of a 'research-centered university that teaches well,' with the belief that excellent research leads to excellent education."
