The Catholic University of Korea Job Fair, 'Career Festival,' was held over two days, the 16th and 17th, in the Kim Sou-hwan Hall(K) Conference Room. The 'Career Festival' is an annual event designed to help students explore career paths and enhance their employment capabilities by inviting current employees and experts from various fields.

A total of 48 companies, including Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Microsoft, and Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), participated in the event and ran job counseling booths. Students were able to consult directly with current employees about companies and job roles of interest, gaining practical advice and information.

In addition to employment consulting on internships and extracurricular activities, the event also featured various career preparation programs such as personal color diagnostics and resume photo shoots, which were well-received by the students.

Ban Hyeong-jun (Physics, '19), a student who participated in the event, shared his thoughts: "It was beneficial because the current employees answered my questions in detail and gave good advice. I am preparing for a career in R&D, and this festival was a great help."

Alumnus Lee Jong-min (Business Administration, '14), who works as a Cloud & AI Manager at Microsoft Korea, said, "It is meaningful and rewarding to meet and mentor my juniors at my alma mater after graduation. Although the job market is difficult, since our seniors are actively working in various companies, I hope the juniors gain confidence and move forward toward their dreams."

Meanwhile, The Catholic University of Korea has been selected as a university to operate the '2025 Specialized Program for Graduates' project hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, providing systematic job placement and vocational training opportunities for unemployed graduates.
Furthermore, the university provides comprehensive support for students, from career exploration to employment, through various non-curricular and customized programs, including alumni mentoring, consultation with professional consultants, and digital trend education.
