** Pre-registration is required. The application form (attached file) may be filled out at the campus clinic.

Date: Every other Tuesday (March 5, 19 & April 2, 16, 30)

Time: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

         *** Gift for those who quit: 3 months -> Tumbler; 6 months -> Blood pressure monitor or mini massager (Choose one)
