• Recruitment quota: 90 high school students
• Eligibility: 2nd and 3rd-year high school students enrolled in high schools located in Daejeon with excellent academic performance and exemplary conduct

• Recruitment quota: 468 university students
• Eligibility: (Universities located in Daejeon) Students in their 2nd year or above with excellent academic performance and exemplary conduct who have continuously maintained their address in Daejeon starting from 1 year prior.
  (Universities located in other regions) Students in their 2nd year or above with excellent academic performance and exemplary conduct whose own or parents' address has been continuously maintained in Daejeon starting from 1 year prior.
