Seongnam City 2nd Semester 2026 Starting with the Third Child University Student Tuition Support

Eligibility Unmarried university students from multi-child households in Seongnam City (starting with the third child)

Application Period Sep. 1, 2026 (Tue) ~ Sep. 30, 2026 (Wed)

Eligibility University students who meet all of the following criteria:

① Residency Criteria: As of the announcement date (Sept. 1, 2026), both the student and guardians (at least one) must have been registered as residents of Seongnam City for at least one year and maintain eligibility until the payment date.

• However, in the case of students, if they have their resident registration near the location of their university for academic purposes, their previous address must have been registered as a resident of Seongnam City for at least one year.
• ② Age Criteria: Under 30 years of age
• ③ Academic Performance Criteria: Currently enrolled students must have completed at least 12 credits in the previous semester and achieved a grade of B (out of 100 points) Achieve a score of 80 points or higher (out of a maximum)
• ※ New students, transfer students, and re-enrolled students: Academic performance criteria do not apply for the first semester only.
• ④ Eligible Universities: Universities supported by the Korea Scholarship Foundation's National Scholarship

Support Amount: Up to 1 million KRW per semester (maximum 2 million KRW per year)

• ※ If you have received a scholarship from another institution such as the government, school, or workplace, the support covers the student's tuition fee after deduction.
