Notice Regarding Opening Mass and Class Operations for the 2026-2 Semester
The Opening Mass is a unique tradition that has continued since our university launched as a comprehensive university in 1995.
As this Mass, offered at the beginning of every semester, is the only liturgy and event on campus where all members of our university community participate together,
we ask for the active participation of all students, faculty, and staff.
- - Date & Venue: September 9, 2026 (Wed) 10:00 /Concert Hall (Grand Auditorium)(CH)
- - Celebrators: President Father Choi Jun-kyu and the Clergy
- 2. Class Operations
- - The Opening Mass serves as a substitute for classes held during the same time slot (2nd and 3rd periods), and there is no obligation to make up for these classes.
- - Students with classes during these times may freely participate in the Mass without any pressure regarding attendance.
- - Professors with classes during the same time slot are requested to attend the Mass with their students if possible. 3. Important

- - Students attending the Mass are not permitted to leave during the service.
- - After the Mass concludes, please pick up the attendance sheet distributed at the entrance of the Concert Hall and submit it to the professor in charge.
