Preliminary Graduation Audit Notice for Candidates Graduating in Spring 2027 (Academic Year 2026 First Semester/February)
We hereby inform prospective graduates of Spring 2027 (Academic Year 2026 First Semester/February) of matters related to the preliminary graduation audit as follows. Applicable students are requested to check whether they meet their graduation requirements within the verification period.
If there are unmet graduation requirements, please take necessary actions during the 2nd semester course registration adjustment period to ensure no disruptions occur to your graduation. If it is difficult to verify your graduation requirements or if you need consultation, please contact your department (minor/double major) office or college administrative team. (Please be mindful to prevent any disadvantages resulting from a failure to check.)
1. Eligibility & Method
  • Target Audience: Prospective graduates in February 2027 (Students completing 8 or more semesters in the current term and early graduation applicants)
  • How to Check: Log in to Trinity, check completed credits under the menu 「Grade Inquiry Related to Graduation by Student」, and refer to the posted 「Notice on Basic Graduation Requirements」 and 「Curriculum Completion Table by Department」 to verify required credits, detailed completion conditions, and fulfillment of graduation requirements.
(Trinity Login → Academic Information → Student Status/Graduation → Grade Inquiry Related to Graduation by Student)
  • Verification Period: 2026. 8. 31. (Mon) ~ 9. 4. (Fri) ※ Verification and adjustments are requested within the course registration adjustment period
  • Actions to Take: If there are unfulfilled credits or requirements, take necessary actions such as modifying course registration using the 2nd semester course registration adjustment period.
  • Consultation & Inquiries: Respective department (minor/double major) office or college administrative team
2. Checklist
  • Please check your grades and current semester course registration details to verify whether you have satisfied all graduation requirements applicable to you, including minimum graduation credits, credit completion requirements for major and curriculum, mandatory courses, double majors/minors, and mandatory completion of foreign language lectures.
  • As a result of checking, if there are missing credits or unfulfilled requirements, please take necessary actions such as modifying course registration within the course registration adjustment period. If verifying graduation requirements is difficult or requires separate consultation, please contact and confirm with your department (minor/double major) office or college administrative team.
3. Important Notes
  • Although the preliminary graduation audit is not mandatory, system reflections tailored to individuals may not be possible due to the need to incorporate baseline curricula and criteria changes based on students' academic status modifications. Considering this, we strongly recommend that you inspect unfulfilled credits/requirements and overall matters through the preliminary graduation audit so that no disruptions occur to your graduation.
  • Preliminary graduation audit results are subject to change depending on your performance and course completion status in your final semester, and the final graduation status will be determined through the final graduation audit.
  • As mandatory completion requirements for foreign language lectures were newly established starting from the Class of 2022 (student ID starting with 2022), please double-check your completed credits for foreign language lectures.
