※ Applicable to currently enrolled undergraduate students of the university; graduate students are not eligible to apply

○ Application Method: In-person or mail submission

※ For mail submissions, documents postmarked by Sep. 18 will be accepted

※ Only original documents will be accepted, and applications with missing documents will be disqualified without an opportunity for additional submission
