Hello, this is the Center for Teaching & Learning.

As the start of the semester approaches, we would like to introduce the <Teaching Enhancement Support Program> for the 2nd semester of the 2026 academic year to faculty members.

The <Teaching Enhancement Support Program> provides 1:1 consulting based on a class recording (one class session) and a student survey, helping faculty members review their course operations and develop specific directions for improvement.

We encourage interested faculty members to participate.

<Teaching Enhancement Support Program>

○ Eligibility: Full-time faculty members and education-focused adjunct professors teaching undergraduate courses in the 2nd semester of the 2026 academic year (3 participants)

○ Selection Criteria

• - Balanced selection considering syllabi, course characteristics, and distribution across majors
• - Instructors applying innovative teaching methods (Problem-Based Learning, use of generative AI, etc.)

○ Application Period: Aug. 18 (Tue) ~ Aug. 26 (Wed)

○ How to Apply: Complete the attached application form and submit it via email to the Center for Teaching & Learning (ctl@catholic.ac.kr)

○ Support: KRW 700,000 in research and development expenses (KRW 500,000 for re-participation by those who participated within the previous two years)

○ Participant Obligations

• - One student survey
• - Recording of one class session (50 minutes) and 1:1 consulting
• - Attendance at a seminar hosted by the Center for Teaching & Learning during the semester
• - Attendance at the Center for Teaching & Learning Faculty Support Program Performance Sharing Session (scheduled for Dec. 18)
• - Submission of a final report

○ Notification of Selected Participants: Individual notification scheduled for Aug. 27 (Thu)

○ Orientation for Selected Participants: Scheduled for the first week of September (Schedule may be subject to change depending on operational circumstances)
