- 1. Cancellation–Time-Differentiated Course Registration System: A course registration system that creates available seats by applying a time interval between the time a course is canceled and the time the available seat can be registered for, in order to prevent course trading
- 2. Application Period: During the course registration periods by year level and the 1st and 2nd course registration change periods for the 2nd semester of 2026
- * No available seats will be created during the priority course registration period for students in their 1st major
- 3. Detailed Example
가. A course with a capacity of 80 students currently has 80 students registered
나. One course cancellation occurs between 09:00 and 11:00 on the first day of the course registration change period
☞ One seat becomes available, but immediate registration for the canceled seat is not possible (the number of registered students remains at 80)
다. The Academic Affairs Services Team creates the available seat
☞ One available seat is reflected. The number of registered students changes to 79, making immediate registration possible
☞ However, please note that available seats are not created exactly at 11:00 in order to prevent course trading

5. Other Information
가. After the 3rd available-seat creation on the 5th day (the final day) of the 2nd course registration change period after the start of the semester, no additional available seats can be provided for course cancellations that occur thereafter. Therefore, students who wish to cancel a course must complete the cancellation by 16:00 on that day.
나. This system was introduced to prevent course trading among students. Please note that students who intentionally and repeatedly register for and cancel courses may be subject to administrative measures, including disciplinary action and deletion of their existing course registration records.
