The Sejong Institute is selecting scholarship recipients for the “2026 Sejong Ido Talent Scholarship” to discover and foster outstanding talent in Sejong City.
In this regard, applications for the Special Skills & Aptitude category of the Core Talent Development Scholarship Program are now being accepted as follows. Eligible students are requested to review the announcement and apply.
1. Application Period: Aug. 10, 2026 (Mon) ~ Sep. 30, 2026 (Wed), by 18:00
2. Eligibility
A. Individuals who have placed 3rd or higher in a nationwide competition or higher-level competition in a special skills field, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, sports/dance, music/fine arts, literature/presentation competitions, etc., within one year prior to the application start date
B. Individuals who meet at least one of the following requirements
- 1) Currently enrolled in an elementary school, middle school, high school, or university in Sejong Special Self-Governing City
- 2) An individual, their father or mother, who has continuously resided in Sejong Special Self-Governing City for at least one year as of the application start date
3. Scholarship Amount: KRW 1,500,000 per university student

A. Eligibility requirements and required documents vary by scholarship category. Be sure to review the announcement and attached materials.
B. Applications for the Didimdol and Rainbow Scholarship Programs have closed, and applications are currently being accepted for the Special Skills & Aptitude category of the Core Talent Development Scholarship Program.
C. Applicants are responsible for any issues arising from incomplete submission of required documents.
