Additional Recruitment for Domestic Female Undergraduate Students for K/A Halls for Fall Semester 2026

1. Eligibility:

Enrolled undergraduate students (domestic) of the university who pledge to observe and comply with dormitory regulations.

※ Students who were previously accepted but canceled move-in and received a refund are not eligible to apply.

2. Application Method:

Apply via Google Form (Open during the application period only).

※ Only general stay (16 weeks) is available. Even if long-term stay (24 weeks) is selected, it will be automatically changed to general stay (16 weeks).

3. Recruitment Schedule:

• If unanswered twice or more, passed to the next applicant

4. Notes:

(1) Additional recruitment is available for general stay (semester/16 weeks) only. ※ Long-term stay (semester+vacation/24 weeks) is not available.

(2) Roommates are domestic students, and rooms may be assigned mixing different academic years.

(3) Dormitory fees apply equally even in cases of delayed move-in due to an individual applicant's schedule.

(4) Applicants who were previously selected but canceled due to non-selection of rooms or non-payment of dormitory fees must reapply through Google Form if they wish to move in. Previous application entries will not be recognized.

(5) Even if additional vacancies occur later, changing assigned rooms is not permitted.

(6) Prohibition of Storing Belongings in Hallways (Penalty points imposed upon violation)

Act on Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Firefighting System Article 16 – Stacking items or installing obstacles around evacuation facilities, fire compartments, and fire safety facilities is prohibited.

Personal belongings such as drying racks, suitcases, boxes, etc., must not be stored, stacked, or left unattended in dormitory hallways or entrances. This is a critical matter for securing evacuation routes and student safety in case of fire. You are strongly advised to bring only necessary personal belongings when moving in.
