Graduation Gown Rental Notice

[Bachelor's Gown & Cap]

1. Rental Information

• Rental Location: Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall(K), Songsim Campus, The Catholic University of Korea
• Eligible Applicants: Graduates of August 2026 (Bachelor's/Master's)
  • ※ Individual inquiry for Doctoral gowns (Choonchoosa): 010-4637-6373
• Rental Fee: Rental Fee 20,000 KRW + Deposit 80,000 KRW
  • ※ Deposit will be refunded over the weekend after checking the returned item
  • Fee Assessment Notice: Please understand that a deposit system is implemented due to an increase in the unreturned rate of new graduation gowns.
• Rental Date & Time: August 20, 2026 (Thu) Commencement Ceremony Day 10:00~16:00
  • ※ Return deadline by 17:00
• Note: Same-day return is required as a rule, and re-rental is not possible after returning.

2. Special Rental Dates Information (Other than Commencement Ceremony Day)

• Rental Location: Student Affairs Team (N109), 1st Floor, Nicholls Hall(N), Songsim Campus, The Catholic University of Korea
• Rental Method: Rental after pre-applying and paying via the Graduation Gown Rental Application Website
• Rental Fee: Rental Fee 20,000 KRW + Deposit 80,000 KRW
  • ※ Deposit will be refunded over the weekend after checking the returned item
• Operating Period: August 18 (Tue), 19 (Wed), 21 (Fri), 2026, 10:00~16:00
  • ※ Return deadline by 17:00
• Note: Same-day return is required as a rule, and re-rental is not possible after returning.
