LucasBio Co., Ltd. is a cell therapy specialized company founded in 2019 by Professor Cho Seok-goo of the Department of Hematology at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital.
Since its establishment, it has carried out numerous national projects, participated in clinical trials approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and clinical research under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, actively promoting the development of cell therapies.
Aiming to treat various intractable diseases such as viral infections, tumors, and inflammation, it is developing immune cell therapy and stem cell therapy pipelines. In particular, it developed Korea's first multi-antigen virus-specific T-cell therapy.
In addition, it is promoting the expansion of accessibility and commercialization of cell therapies through the simplification of manufacturing processes and the establishment of various pipelines.

2. Main Responsibilities
- Cell therapy manufacturing and process management
- Mass culture and production of cell therapies for clinical trials

- Tasks related to GMP raw materials and manufacturing
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Majors in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Experience in cell culture experiments
- Experience in GMP facility-related tasks
- Holders of relevant professional certifications
