LUCASBIO Co., Ltd. is a cell therapy company founded in 2019 by Professor Cho Seok-gu of the Department of Hematology at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital.

Since its establishment, the company has carried out numerous government-funded research projects and has actively advanced the development of cell therapies through clinical trials approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) and advanced regenerative medicine clinical research supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

The company is developing immune cell therapy and stem cell therapy pipelines for the treatment of various intractable diseases, including viral infections, tumors, and inflammatory diseases. In particular, it developed Korea's first multi-antigen virus-specific T-cell therapy.


In addition, LUCASBIO is promoting greater accessibility and commercialization of cell therapies by simplifying manufacturing processes and expanding its therapeutic pipeline.


Those who wish to gain hands-on experience in cell therapy manufacturing, process control, investigational medicinal product production, and GMP operations while building expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing are encouraged to apply.


1. Position

Position: Researcher, Manufacturing Division, Cell Therapy Development Headquarters

Number of Openings: Several

Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)

Experience: Entry-level

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (expected graduates are also eligible to apply)


2. Responsibilities

  • Cell therapy manufacturing and process management
  • Large-scale culture and production of cell therapies for clinical trials
  • Preparation and management of GMP-related documentation
  • GMP raw material and manufacturing-related operations

3. Preferred Qualifications

  • Major in Life Science, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Experience with cell culture experiments
  • Experience working in a GMP facility
  • Relevant professional certifications

4. Working Conditions

Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: In accordance with company policy

Work Location: Omnibus Park, The Catholic University of Korea, School of Medicine Campus, 222 Banpo-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul
