Gyeonggi Technopark, in collaboration with Hyundai NGV, the technical training institute for Hyundai Motor Group and its partner companies, is recruiting participants for the Smart Manufacturing Workforce Development Program. The program aims to accelerate DX (Digital Transformation) and AX (AI Transformation) adoption in manufacturing companies across the Seoul metropolitan area while supporting timely employment opportunities for young job seekers.

• Smart manufacturing-related job training
• Mandatory legal compliance and industrial safety training
• Other relevant professional training

1. 4) Eligibility and Capacity:

• Approximately 240 young job seekers and other job seekers residing in the Seoul metropolitan area

1. 5) Benefits:

• Training allowance of up to KRW 400,000 per month
• Employment consulting services
• Specialized engineering training provided by a major corporation
