Hello, This is the Career Support Team.


Hiteker Co., Ltd. is recruiting young participants for the Tomorrow Work Experience Program (Project-Based), where participants can build practical job skills and develop their portfolios by working directly on real-world corporate projects.

(This program offers the opportunity to work on actual projects proposed by leading companies in their respective industries, including NC AI, SM UNIVERSE, Sandbox Network, and Brave Mobile (Soomgo), over an eight-week period while receiving mentorship from industry professionals.)

🎁 Benefits

  • • Participation allowance of up to KRW 800,000 plus up to KRW 1,800,000 in team project support
  • • Pre-project training allowance (KRW 10,000 per day)
  • • Mentoring by industry professionals and a certificate of completion issued by the Ministry of Employment and Labor

📊 Program Features

  • • 15 hours of pre-project training followed by an 8-week company project
  • • Team-based projects (4 members per team) based on real business challenges proposed by participating companies
  • • Feedback from industry mentors and the opportunity to build a professional portfolio

📅 Program Schedule

  • • Pre-project Training (15 hours):
    • Advertising & Marketing: August 19 (Wed)–August 20 (Thu)
    • IT: August 20 (Thu)–August 21 (Fri)
  • • Project Period (8 weeks):
    • August 24 (Mon)–October 18 (Sun)

Participants may join the project only after completing the pre-project training. Offline mentoring sessions will be held once a week during the project period.


👥 Eligibility

  • • Unemployed youth aged 15–34*(Current students, students on leave of absence, and graduates are all eligible.)

Individuals working 30 hours or more per week are not eligible.
