[The Center for Lifelong Education] Recruitment Notice for New Members of the Carbon Neutrality Club "COz”

🍀 The Catholic University of Korea's Carbon Neutrality Club COz, affiliated with The Center for Lifelong Education, is recruiting new members for its 9th cohort‼️

☘️ What is COz?

COz plans and operates meaningful carbon neutrality initiatives with the full support of the University.

As the only official carbon neutrality club at The Catholic University of Korea, COz welcomes students who are interested in promoting carbon neutrality and participating in environmental campaigns both on and off campus.

☘️ COz Divisions (Recruitment Areas)

• • Planning Division

The Planning Division brings together students who take the lead in practicing carbon neutrality to design activities that encourage members of the University community to participate.

• • Public Relations Division

The Public Relations Division manages the Instagram account @cuk_coz, where it shares various activities organized by COz.

It also designs posters related to carbon neutrality to raise students' environmental awareness.

☘️ Eligibility

• • Current students at The Catholic University of Korea (Planning Division: 0 positions / Public Relations Division: 0 positions)
• • Students with a strong interest in carbon neutrality who can participate for at least one year (as of the Fall 2026 semester)
• • Students who can attend the regular weekly meeting every Thursday at 6:00 PM (Meetings are suspended starting one week before the examination period.)

☘️ Main Activities

• • Planning and producing promotional materials for building a carbon-neutral campus
• • Planning various programs that encourage students to practice carbon neutrality
• • Organizing and operating environmental events (e.g., plogging, vegan cookie giveaways, bottle cap keyring workshops, etc.)
• 
  

☘️ Recruitment Schedule

• • Application Period: August 3, 2026 (Mon) – August 14, 2026 (Fri)

✅ A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your application.

• • Document Screening Results: August 16, 2026 (Sun)

✅ Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted individually.

• • Interview Period: August 20, 2026 (Thu) – August 21, 2026 (Fri)
• • Final Results Announcement: August 25, 2026 (Tue)
• • New Member Orientation: September 3, 2026 (Thu), 6:00 PM
