Qualifications (Must meet all items 1 to 4)
- The applicant or one of their parents (legal guardians) must have continuously resided in Hwaseong City for at least 1 year as of the announcement date.
- Children of merchants affiliated with local currency who have been operating in Hwaseong City for at least 1 year continuously as of the announcement date.
- Children of small business owners who can issue a 'Small Business Certificate' on the Small & Medium Business Status Information System.
- University students who can submit statutory low-income verification documents or a Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) financial aid support tier notification letter.
