1. 1. Credit Exchange System Information

2. Category	Details
   Application Procedure	1) Trinity → Academic Information → Course/Grades → Course → Domestic Credit Exchange Application (Catholic Universities) screen to fill out application details 2) After clicking apply, print the application form, obtain the signature/seal of the department chair and head of division, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Services Team (Total 2 pages)
   Eligibility	1) Students who have completed 1 or more years 2) Students who have no record of disciplinary action under university regulations 3) Students in their final semester before graduation cannot apply
   Course Completion & Scope	1) Any course offered by both universities may be selected and taken, but taking only courses of the exchange university is also possible (However, teacher training courses and certification-related courses must be taken at the university) 2) Courses identical to previously taken courses cannot be taken (Inquire with the relevant department regarding whether courses are considered identical) 3) Retaking courses previously taken at the university is only possible at the university (Retaking at the exchange university is not allowed)
   Earned Credits Range	1) Regular Semester: Up to 19 credits per semester including courses from both universities (Up to 6 credits for Sogang Univ., Catholic Kwandong Univ.) / Must check the course cancellation period 2) Summer/Winter Session: Up to 6 credits including all credits earned through the university's summer/winter session, International Language Institute credit recognition courses, overseas language study credit recognition, and credit exchange 3) Courses taken at the university with a grade of C0 or below and being retaken are excluded from credit exchange, and retaking courses previously taken at the university is only possible at the university
   Course Registration & Changes	Refer to each university's credit exchange information notice
   Tuition Payment	Paid to the university (No tuition to be paid to the partner university)
   Facility Use	Refer to each university's credit exchange information notice

      Credit Recognition Application	1) Submission Documents: In-person submission of "Credit Exchange Credit Recognition Application Form" 2) Submission Deadline: Submit to the Academic Affairs Services Team by 3 days prior to including the recommendation deadline on the partner university list 3) Enter credit recognition details in Trinity (Syllabus of the host university must be uploaded) → Print and obtain signature/seal of department chair/head of division → Submit to Academic Affairs Services Team
      Precautions	1) Please be careful not to create discrepancies between actual course registration details and credit recognition application details 2) Cancellation of Credit Exchange: Cancellation request on the Trinity credit exchange application screen is mandatory, and if course registration was made at the other university, notification must be given to both the other university and the university (including course cancellation) 3) If arrival of grades at the university is delayed due to the end of classes or grade confirmation schedule of the host university, disadvantage may occur in academic affairs such as scholarships, academic warning, dormitory selection, and graduation, so please pay special attention
