2) 2026 university freshmen who graduated from high schools located in Pohang and Gwangyang
3) 2026 freshmen with excellent academic performance at universities located in Pohang and Gwangyang

• In the case of North Korean defectors, those in the Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollanam-do regions are also eligible to apply

  ③. Income Decile: 5th decile or lower
