Announcement on the Selection of Recipients for the
‘Lee Won-gil Scholarship’(Undergraduate & Graduate Students)
The 'Lee Won-gil Scholarship' was established as a fund in 2009 through donations by brothers Deok-seon Lee and Deok-hyeong Lee to honor the spirit and last wishes of the late Mr. Bernard Wonkil Lee, who practiced the spirit of humanism throughout his life with a devout heart toward God and trust and respect for people. Accordingly, we seek to support through the 'Lee Won-gil Scholarship' to discover and reward currently enrolled students of our university who have the potential to grow into ethical leaders by practicing humanistic values. We look forward to many applications from students.

- -Total Scholarship Amount: Total 50 million KRW
- -Payment Criteria
▷ Academic, Service, Design Categories: Total 30 million KRW, based on 2 million KRW per person
▷ Practice (Startup) Category: Total up to 20 million KRW (To be paid differentially depending on the diversity and scale of the startup topic)
※ Will be flexibly selected according to the evaluation results without any limit on the number of people between categories.
※ If there are no qualified candidates, selection may not be made.

- -Enrolled students of our university as of the 2026 academic year 2nd Semester (Students on leave of absence, completed students, and students deferring completion cannot apply)
- -Those who can attend the award ceremony (2026.10.22.(Thu), Franciscan Hall) upon selection

- -Can be paid regardless of the remaining balance of tuition fees
- -Students who do not meet internal scholarship requirements can also receive it

▷ For winners of the Service and Practice (Startup) categories, the submitted video will be screened on the day of the award ceremony
▷ A one-way group bus departing from Songsim Campus will be provided on the day of the award ceremony

However, Trinity application must be completed by all team members to be recognized as an application. (The video must reflect the content of the business plan. Shorts format is discouraged)
