To promote and encourage students' project and competition experiences, the College Management Team has opened the "Self-making Project Portfolio" course as outlined below.
As the "Self-making Project Portfolio" is a highly participatory course, we look forward to the active interest and participation of undergraduate students and faculty advisors.
1. Course Overview
- • Course Title: "Self-making Project Portfolio" [General Elective / 1 Credit]
- • Grading: Pass/Non-Pass (P/NP)
2. Course Process
- • Team & Project Formation:
- Enrolled students in their 3rd to 8th semesters must form a team of 3 or more members.
- The team will carry out a project over the semester under the guidance of a faculty advisor.
- The final project outcome must be submitted to enter an external competition.
- ※ Note: The deadline for the external competition must fall between the time of course registration and the final grade submission deadline.
- • Role of the Faculty Advisor: Advisors will provide closely managed and tailored coaching, acting as guides and facilitators throughout the project.
- • Final Submission: Teams must submit a Course Activity Report within the final exam period.
3. How to Apply for Course Opening
- • Application Period: August 3, 2026 (Mon) ~ August 21, 2026 (Fri) ※ This schedule is subject to change.
- • Submission Office: Respective Department and Major Offices
- • Required Documents:
- 1) Course Opening Application Form: Must be completed and submitted to your major office. (Prior consultation and coordination with your faculty advisor are strictly required before writing the application.)
- 2) Proof of External Competition Announcement: Official event notice or guidelines. (If unavoidable, proof of the immediately preceding competition session will be accepted.) => Participating students must submit the above documents to their department or major office within the deadline (see attached files).
- • Course Enrollment Note: Once the course setup is approved after review, course registration for participating students will be processed collectively in bulk by the College Management Team, rather than by individual students.
- ※ Scheduled for the first week of September. (Participating students must leave 1 credit empty in their class schedule to accommodate this program.)
