Youth Engineer Fostering Project: Regional Youth Employment-Linked Internship (2nd Round Recruitment)

A. Recruitment Overview

1) Participating Companies

• Recruitment Period: June 24, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 – July 10, 2026 (Fri) 23:59
• Eligibility: Companies with 5 or more employees that have a workplace located within Gyeonggi Province. Preference given to manufacturing businesses; evaluation based on job suitability for hiring youth.
• Application Method: Apply via Jobaba Apply (apply.jobaba.net)
• Support Details: Labor cost support of 1.6 million KRW per month per newly hired youth intern for up to 3 months (Total of 4.8 million KRW).

2) Individual Participants

• Recruitment Period: June 24, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – August 7, 2026 (Fri) 18:00
• Eligibility: Young adults aged 39 or under who are registered residents of Gyeonggi Province as of the date of application.

• Support Details: Provides a 3-month internship at excellent mid-sized and small/medium enterprises (SMEs) within Gyeonggi Province, enrollment in the 4 major social insurances, workplace mentoring, and incentive support upon obtaining national technical qualifications.
