We are providing guidance on the 2026-Summer Semester course evaluation schedule and the application for 2026-1st Semester grade forfeiture. Please make sure to complete these within the deadline to avoid any academic disadvantages.
1. 2026-Summer Semester Course Evaluation Period
- Period: July 6, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – July 13, 2026 (Mon) 17:00
- ※ If the course evaluation is incomplete, you cannot verify your grades or request error corrections. Grades will only be viewable after they are finalized.
2. Applicable Courses for Course Evaluation

- ※ "Sarang-Nanugi (Sharing Love)" and field placement courses are excluded. For course evaluations regarding shared university (consortium) courses, please refer to the announcement on the shared university website.
3. Grade Verification & Error Correction Period
- Period: July 15, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 – 12:00
- ※ Since the grade verification and error correction period is very short, the "Grade Verification & Correction Request" menu within Trinity cannot be used. Students must contact the professor in charge or the offering major/department directly.
4. Summer Semester Grade Finalization
- Expected Date: July 15, 2026 (Wed) 14:00
5. Application for 2026-1st Semester Grade Forfeiture (Including Summer Semester Courses)
A. Application Period: July 17, 2026 (Fri) 09:00 – 17:00
B. Eligibility: Current students only
- Students who are currently on leave of absence, graduated, completed, or under graduation deferral based on their academic status for the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year are ineligible.
- 1) Current students who have completed 7 or more semesters (119+ credits completed; 140+ credits for the Department of Pharmacy).
- 2) Early graduation candidates or students in the integrated bachelor's-master's program who meet the above conditions.
- ※ The conditions stated above apply equally to all students regardless of their student ID (admission year).
C. Forfeitable Credits: Within a total of 9 credits.
D. Scope of Forfeitable Courses:

| Students admitted up to 2020 (~20 student ID) | * Courses with a grade of C+ or lower (Courses with an 'F' grade are also included in the total forfeitable credit limit). * Governed by the existing grade forfeiture system; no changes to the criteria. |
| Students admitted from 2021 onwards (2021 student ID~) | * Included in the new grade forfeiture system starting from the 2025-2nd semester. * Limited to abolished courses with no substitute courses among those with a grade of C+ or lower ('F' courses are also included in the total forfeitable credit limit). * For abolished courses that have a substitute course, the system will automatically block the application (notified via a pop-up window). |
E. Application Method: Students must apply directly through the Comprehensive Portal Information System (Trinity).
- ※ Additional applications outside the application period or grade restorations due to personal circumstances after forfeiture are absolutely impossible. Essential graduation requirement courses such as 'Humanitas' will lead to a failure to graduate if forfeited, so please apply with caution.
