Department of Business Administration Impact Business Track
School of Convergent Engineering Impact Business & Social Career & Public Policy Communication
Professional Degree-Linked AI Literacy Program
“I know how to use AI” — Have you ever actually proven that statement?
Without a single line of coding, using just a single ChatGPT window,
you will directly build an AI model that handles actual administrative data from Gyeonggi-do.
This is your chance to make that difference in just 4 days.
💡 People who use AI vs. People who design AI — Which side are you on?
The job market is already divided.
Someone who writes, "Experienced in utilizing AI"
vs.
Someone who directly designs a prompt algorithm and demonstrates it in real-time.
G-WAVE, the program that builds the latter.
Learn the core principles of why LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) make mistakes and how to control them.
Zero coding language required — implemented purely through text in a web browser (ChatGPT, Gemini).
Achieve actual output by directly feeding real public data from Gyeonggi-do into the AI.
This is not an idea presentation.
Random data will be input on the spot, and the AI's execution results will be judged in real-time right there.
🛠️ What you will actually learn over the 4 days
Complex technical terms actually mean this:
Technology | Simply Put | Actual Task Applied in the Hackathon |
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) | A technology that instructs the AI, "Read this document first." | Feeding Gyeonggi-do transportation and welfare ordinance documents into the AI's knowledge base → Designing a structure to reduce hallucinations |
CoT (Chain-of-Thought) | A method that forces the sequence of the AI's thinking into steps 1 to 4 | Designing a youth policy recommendation AI to reason logically without errors |
Persona Control | A technology that assigns a role to the AI, telling it, "You are an expert in XX." | Setting the tone, perspective, and scope of responsibility for a small business marketing support AI |
Few-shot (Example-based learning) | A setup that shows the AI examples in advance, telling it, "Answer like this." | Maintaining a consistent format even when random data is input into a civil service document automation AI |
All of these will be implemented using only ChatGPT / Gemini System Instructions and file upload functionalities.
🚀 What do you get if you participate?
Recognition of 30 hours of completion for the Self-making Job Portfolio
Securing tangible outputs that solve 5 major current issues of Gyeonggi-do (Transportation, Multiculturalism, Urban-Rural Gap, Youth Policy, Local Commercial Districts)
Close guidance from a mentor group
