Details

Tuition Bill Printing and Tuition Payment (Registration)

June 8 (Mon) – June 12 (Fri)9:00 AM – 4:00 PM(Bills available for printing)

▶ Print Tuition Bill via Trinity(Academic Information → Registration/Scholarships → Registration → Summer Session Tuition Bill)▶ Tuition Fee: KRW 80,000 per credit※ Exception: “Sharing Love” (2 credits), a Basic Liberal Arts Required Course, costs KRW 60,000.▶ Payment Methods: Bank payment or virtual account transfer after printing the bill.- Payment confirmation is available on the next business day through the tuition bill menu.- Partial payment is not permitted.- Tuition payments can only be made during banking hours (9:00 AM–4:00 PM).- Course changes are not permitted after tuition payment.- Unpaid course registrations will be automatically canceled.▶ Courses with a tuition fee of KRW 0 (e.g., Introduction to Web Design for Humanities and Social Sciences Employment & Entrepreneurship) do not require a separate payment process.

▶ Check the University Notice BoardCourses with fewer than 15 registered students will generally be canceled.

Course Changes for Students Registered in Canceled Courses and Refund Applications (1st Period)

June 18 (Thu) – June 22 (Mon)Until 5:00 PM

▶ Course Changes: Only available if a registered course has been canceled (students will be contacted individually).▶ Refund (Withdrawal) Applications: Apply through Trinity.(Academic Information → Courses/Grades → Courses → Summer Session Course Withdrawal/Refund Application)- Full refund available if withdrawal is requested before classes begin.- Mobile phone number, bank account number, and account holder information must be entered accurately.- Refund processing takes approximately 10 days.▶ Students withdrawing from tuition-waived courses offered by the Career Support Team must submit a course withdrawal request.

Class Period

June 23 (Tue) – July 13 (Mon)

▶ Classes are held five days a week (Monday–Friday).Each course meets according to its weekly contact hours for a total of 15 class days, including examinations (excluding public holidays).

Refund Applications (2nd Period)

June 23 (Tue) – June 26 (Fri)

Students who withdraw after classes begin will receive a partial refund according to the following schedule:Refund Application Date

Two-thirds (2/3) refundFrom June 27 (Sat), 2026 onward:Course withdrawal and refund requests are not permitted.※ Course withdrawal is not allowed after one-fourth of the class period has elapsed.
