(Late 2025 Academic Year)

The currently in operation for prospective graduates of the late 2025 academic year (August 2026) is announced as follows.

Prospective graduates of August 2026 who wish to complete their studies are requested to refer to the details below and proceed with the application for completion.

(Application for completion is mandatory / Completion deferral applies to those who have completed graduation courses but have not met graduation requirements, and no separate application is required.)

  1. Definition of Completion Deferral

  • A case where a person who has met all the completion requirements of the undergraduate program does not complete it in the corresponding semester but defers it while maintaining enrolled student status for one semester.

  • Prior to the implementation of this system, if a prospective graduate did not meet the graduation requirements, it was automatically processed as 'Completion'. However, after the implementation of the system, the enrolled student status is automatically extended for one semester.
