This notice provides guidelines for the 1st round of course cancellations, course modifications, cancellations, and additional registration for the 2026 Summer Semester.

*Note: Cancelled courses for the Catholic Metaverse University (CU12) will be posted on its own official website on May 28 (Thu). The CU12 course modification period is identical to that of our university.

3. Schedule & Details for Registration Adjustments

[Course Add/Drop, Cancellations & Additional Registration]

  • Period: May 29 (Fri) – June 4 (Thu) / 09:00 – 17:00 (Excluding weekends)

  • Details: If your registered course has been cancelled, log in to Trinity to change to an available course or cancel it.


    • Additional registration for new courses is permitted during this window.

    • Absolutely no changes to course registration can be made after this period.

[Tuition Invoice Printing & Payment (Registration)]

  • Period: June 8 (Mon) – June 12 (Fri) / 09:00 – 16:00 (Invoice printing available)

  • Tuition Fee: 80,000 KRW per credit


    • *Exception: The basic required course "Sharing Love" (2 credits) has a tuition fee of 60,000 KRW.

  • Method: Print the invoice via Trinity (Academic Information → Registration/Scholarship → Registration → Print Summer Semester Tuition Bill) and pay at a bank or transfer to the virtual account.


    • Payment verification is available on the next business day on the invoice printing menu.

    • Partial payment of the invoice amount is not permitted.

    • Tuition can only be paid during bank business hours (09:00 – 16:00).

    • Absolutely no course changes can be made after paying tuition. Unpaid course registrations will be invalidated.

    • Courses with a 0 KRW tuition fee (e.g., "Web Design Basics for Humanities and Social Sciences Employment & Entrepreneurship") do not require a separate payment procedure.

[2nd Round Course Cancellation Announcement]

  • Date: June 17 (Wed)

  • Details: Check the university website notices. In principle, courses with fewer than 15 registered students will be cancelled.

[Course Modifications & Refund Applications (1st Round)]

  • Period: June 18 (Thu) – June 22 (Mon) by 17:00

  • Course Modifications: Limited strictly to students whose registered courses were cancelled in the 2nd round (Individual notifications will be sent).

  • Refund (Cancellation) Application: If you wish to cancel your registration, apply via Trinity (Academic Information → Classes/Grades → Classes → Summer Semester Course Cancellation/Refund Application).


    • Full refund is issued for cancellations made before the semester starts.

    • Ensure your mobile number, bank account number, and account holder name are entered accurately. It takes about 10 days to process refunds.

    • Students withdrawing from a course that qualified for a tuition waiver via the Career Development Team must submit a formal course cancellation request.

[Semester Period]

  • Period: June 23 (Tue) – July 13 (Mon)

  • Details: Held 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) for a total of 15 days, excluding public holidays. Daily class hours correspond to the course’s weekly hours and include examinations.

[Refund Applications (2nd Round)]

  • Period: June 23 (Tue) – June 26 (Fri)

  • Details: If you apply for course cancellation after the start of the semester, partial tuition will be refunded based on the application date:


    • June 23 (Tue) – June 26 (Fri): 2/3 Refund

    • From June 27, 2026 (Sat) onwards: Course cancellation and refund applications are NOT allowed (Cancellations are strictly prohibited once 1/4 of the total class days have passed).

[Grade Verification & Correction]

  • Period: July 15 (Wed) 09:00 – 12:00
