※ This notice is intended exclusively for students from other universities who wish to take courses at The Catholic University of Korea (CUK) as exchange students. This does not apply to current CUK students.
1. CUK Academic Schedule
Tuition Payment
Period: 2026.06.08 (Mon) – 06.12 (Fri) / 09:00 – 16:00
Amount: 80,000 KRW per credit
Method: 1) Log in to [Trinity] → Go to [Registration/Scholarship] → Print [Summer Semester Tuition Bill]. 2) Pay via virtual account using an ATM, telebanking, or internet banking.
Course Period
Period: 2026.06.23 (Tue) – 07.13 (Mon)
Examinations: Varies by course; students must verify their own exam schedules.
Course Lookup
Available after student ID generation under [Trinity] → [Academic Information] → [Classes/Grades] → [Course Registration] tab.
For syllabus requests, email young26@catholic.ac.kr with the course number.
Course changes (additional openings, cancellations, time changes) may occur after applying, so please check the portal system frequently.
Course Registration & Changes
Registration Period: 2026.05.29 (Fri) – 06.04 (Thu) / 09:00 – 17:00 (Access Trinity; weekends excluded)
Course Add/Drop Period: 2026.06.18 (Thu) – 06.22 (Mon) / 09:00 – 17:00
Course Cancellation 1: To be announced later (Will be posted on the website notice board; please check frequently). Cancellations must be notified to both CUK and your home university.
Restricted Courses (Not available for exchange students)
Global Business Campaign courses (restricted as they are for adult learner majors).
Field training / Internships by major (e.g., Business Administration Field Training I).
Required Liberal Arts (e.g., Sharing Love, Keystone Design, Career Exploration, etc.).
Courses with numbers starting with 'C' (Catholic Liberal Arts Shared University courses; unavailable for external students).
Comprehensive Design and Capstone Design courses.
Course Evaluation
Grade verification and error correction are only available to students who complete the course evaluation (Non-participants can only check after grades are finalized).
Detailed schedules will be announced later on the website's Academic Notice board.
Grade Confirmation
Grades are scheduled to be finalized on the afternoon of 2026.07.15 (Wed) after the verification and correction period.
Check by logging into the CUK Integrated Portal System.
2. Applying for a Temporary Portal ID
Student ID Assignment
Student IDs will be sent out between 2026.05.26 (Tue) – 05.27 (Wed) via the KakaoTalk channel '가톨릭대학교 성심교정' (Adding this channel is mandatory).
Regardless of your actual major, temporary IDs will be classified under 'Humanities'.
Students who have previously taken exchange credits at CUK must contact the team for ID linkage.
Application Method
After receiving your temporary student ID, apply for an ID on the CUK Integrated Portal System.
Click 'Request User ID' below the login button → Verify registration eligibility → Select User Type as 'Student (Undergraduate, Graduate)' and Campus Category as 'Sacred Heart' (성심).
3. Classroom and Instructor Information
Method: Verifiable on the CUK Integrated Portal System after a temporary ID is assigned. Access the Trinity Cyber Campus to view classrooms, instructors, and class materials.

D = Dasol Hall
K Hall = Cardinal Kim Sou-hwan Hall
BA = Bambino Hall
V = Virtus Hall
M = Maria Hall
SH = Sacred Heart Hall
4. Library Access and Miscellaneous
Library Mobile Pass: Check the 'Mobile Pass' user guide on the CUK Central Library website notices. You may enter the library after downloading the smartphone library pass app.
