Guidelines for 'Sharing Love' in the 2026 Summer Session
The 'Sharing Love' course for the 2026 summer session will operate normally, divided into University-Linked Volunteering and Freely-Selected Volunteering.
★ Mandatory Reading for Expected Graduates (Including Expected Completers) ★
Students expected to graduate in August (including expected completers) must submit all volunteer activities and related documents by the general summer session deadline (June 23, 2026 (Tue) ~ July 13, 2026 (Mon)) when taking the 'Sharing Love' course.
Therefore, you cannot choose University-Linked Volunteering and can only proceed with Freely-Selected Volunteering.
Please note that failure to submit the volunteer hours and required documents within the deadline may affect your graduation, so students planning to take this course should be mindful of this.

※ Due to the nature of the summer session, Cyber Campus ends its operations early, so the final report must be submitted to the designated email address.
3. Volunteer Hours Recognition Criteria
A) Volunteering types are classified into 1. University-Linked and 2. Freely-Selected.
B) Applications for University-Linked Volunteering will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from June 24, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 to June 25, 2026 (Thu) 17:00.
C) Freely-Selected Volunteering must be conducted at organizations registered on volunteer portals such as VMS/1365, and an 'Attendance and Evaluation Certificate' must be submitted.
D) Students who have performed volunteer work in advance must choose Freely-Selected Volunteering, and volunteer hours are recognized up to 6 months prior to the course start date (Volunteer work conducted after December 23, 2025 (Tue) is recognized). Overseas volunteering and blood donations are excluded from Freely-Selected Volunteering.
4. Volunteering Methods
A) University-Linked
Application Period: June 24, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 ~ June 25, 2026 (Thu) 17:00
Complete 36 hours of volunteer activity, which is the requirement for passing the 'Sharing Love' course.
Once University-Linked is selected, it is absolutely impossible to change to Freely-Selected or cancel.
Other detailed matters follow the guidelines of the university-linked institution.
If you do not apply within the application period, you will be automatically registered for the Freely-Selected method.
※ The list and detailed information of university-linked institutions can be viewed on TRINITY from June 23, 2026 (Tue) to June 25, 2026 (Thu).
B) Freely-Selected
Application Period: June 24, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 ~ June 25, 2026 (Thu) 17:00
Select and proceed at institutions registered on volunteer portals such as 1365, VMS, or Dovol.
Volunteer hours performed after December 23, 2025, can be recognized (Excluding cases where scholarships, rewards, etc., are received for the relevant volunteering).
Precautions for Submission
① It is mandatory to submit the original 'Attendance and Evaluation Certificate' (Manager's signature and institution's official seal required) during the submission period.
② If there is no official seal from the institution or if it is not the original copy, submit the relevant evaluation certificate along with the 1365/VMS Volunteer Service Performance Certificate.
※ Please note that there have been cases where students proceeded with volunteering without checking beforehand whether an evaluation certificate could be issued, and were later given an 'F' grade because the institution was unable to fill out the 'Attendance and Evaluation Certificate'. Please be cautious to avoid any disadvantages.
