▣ Course Registration Schedule and Procedure
‣ Eligibility: Current students of The Catholic University of Korea (including students on leave of absence)
※ Students on leave of absence are not eligible for cross-registration at other universities and cannot graduate while on leave (must return and complete registration for at least one semester)
‣ Registration Method: Log in to Trinity (Integrated Portal System) and complete course registration

Course Cancellation Announcement (1st Round) | May 27 (Wed) After 15:00 (tentative) | ▶ Courses with fewer than 15 registered students will, in principle, be cancelled |
Course Change / Cancellation / Additional Registration | May 29 (Fri) – June 4 (Thu) 09:00–17:00 | ▶ If a registered course is cancelled, students must log in to Trinity to change to another available course or cancel registration - New course registration is also allowed - Course changes will not be permitted after this period |
Tuition Bill Printing & Payment (Registration) | June 8 (Mon) – June 12 (Fri) 09:00–16:00 (Bill printing available) | ▶ Print the tuition bill via Trinity (Academic Information → Registration/Scholarship → Registration → Summer Session Tuition Bill) ▶ Tuition Fee: KRW 80,000 per credit ※ Exception: Sharing Love (required basic liberal arts, 2 credits) — KRW 60,000 ▶ Payment Method: Bank payment or virtual account transfer after printing the bill - Payment confirmation available the next business day - Partial payment is not allowed - Payment available only during bank business hours (09:00–16:00) - Course changes are not allowed after tuition payment - Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled ▶ Courses with zero tuition (e.g., Web Design Basics for Humanities & Social Sciences Career Development) do not require separate payment |

Course Change for Students in Cancelled Courses / Refund Request (1st Period) | June 18 (Thu) – June 22 (Mon) Until 17:00 | ▶ Course changes are only allowed if the registered course has been cancelled (students will be contacted individually) ▶ Refund/Cancellation Application: Apply through Trinity (Academic Information → Courses/Grades → Courses → Summer Session Course Cancellation/Refund Request) - Full refund if cancellation is requested before classes begin - Mobile number, bank account number, and account holder name must be entered accurately - Refund processing takes approximately 10 days ▶ Students withdrawing from tuition-waived courses offered by the Career Support Team must submit a course cancellation request |
