■ Recruitment Overview

• Application Period: April 27 (Mon), 09:00 – May 22 (Fri), 18:00, 2026

  • Early closure may occur upon fulfillment of recruitment quotas.

• Eligibility: Youth aged 39 or younger whose registered address is in Gyeonggi-do as of the application date.

• Participating Companies: 21 excellent mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) within Gyeonggi-do.

■ Internship Benefits

• Duration: 3-month internship program.

• Working Conditions: 40 hours per week with a salary exceeding the minimum wage and full social insurance coverage.

• Support & Mentoring: Workplace mentoring provided and customized career support services from partner universities.

• Certification Incentive: A 300,000 KRW incentive provided upon obtaining a National Technical Qualification (Industrial Engineer level or higher).

• Certification: Issuance of a certificate of completion under the name of the CEO of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation.
