Program Highlights

• Host Countries: 4 countries (Nepal, Rwanda, Indonesia, Cambodia), 4 teams in total

• Deployment Period: Between July and August 2026 (Dates vary by team)

• Eligibility

- Undergraduate students of KUCSS member universities (Excluding: those in their final semester, expected graduates/deferred graduates, individuals over 34 years old, students on leave, and foreign nationals as of the application date)

- Must be able to participate in the entire domestic and overseas schedule (Pre-orientation, online training, 1st–3rd domestic training sessions, overseas volunteer activities, debriefing ceremony, etc.)

- Must have no disqualifying factors for domestic/international travel and be in good physical and mental health to perform volunteer activities.

※ If any disqualifying factors are found, the participant's status will be revoked, and the participation fee will not be refunded.

Participation Fee

■ Asian Region

• • Dispatch Countries: Nepal, Indonesia, Cambodia

• • Student Participation Fee: 650,000 KRW

• • University Subsidy: 650,000 KRW

■ Non-Asian Region

• • Dispatch Country: Rwanda

• • Student Participation Fee: 850,000 KRW

• • University Subsidy: 850,000 KRW

※ If the payment of the student participation fee is not confirmed by the designated deadline, the dispatch may be canceled.

※ For our university, we can recommend 2 students for the Asian region and 1 student for the non-Asian region.

※ Important: Auto-save and temporary save are not supported during the writing process. After submission, you can still edit your application via "My Page" until the university's document deadline.

• Mandatory Uploads:

• ❶ Hand-signed documents: Guardian Consent Form, Commitment Form, Health Confirmation Form.
