2026 KF Global Challenger
Domestic International Organization Internship Program

KF supports your dream of stepping onto the global stage.
The KF Global Challenger Program is designed to foster the next generation of Korean talent by providing opportunities to work as interns at leading domestic and international organizations, gaining global competence and practical experience.
Through the KF Global Challenger “Global Internship,” participants can work as interns at international organizations based in Korea, taking part in various international exchange projects and gaining hands-on operational experience.

April 23, 2026 (Thu) – May 21, 2026 (Thu), 18:00 (KST)

Host Organizations
[Busan] Tourism Promotion Organization for Global Cities (TPO)
[Jeonju] International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region (ICHCAP)
[Jeju] UNITAR CIFAL Jeju

Main Activities
Participate in and support the operation of international exchange projects at international organizations located in Korea

Benefits
Monthly stipend (KRW 2,336,880 before tax) and insurance coverage in accordance with relevant regulations

Internship Period
Total of 6 months (starting in the second half of 2026)

Number of Positions
To be determined by each organization

Eligibility (Applicants must meet all of the following requirements)

• Korean nationals under the age of 40

• Less than 2 years of relevant work experience

• No prior participation in the KF Global Challenger Program

• Minimum GPA of 3.14 on a 4.5 scale (undergraduate/graduate)

• Proficiency in English

• Additional points will be given during document screening for:

• 
  

  • Socially disadvantaged applicants (basic livelihood security recipients and near-poverty groups)

  • Applicants residing in the internship location or currently enrolled in/graduated from a school in the region (excluding universities)
