2026 Scholarship Program – Gumi City Scholarship Foundation

Gumi City is pleased to announce the selection of scholarship recipients for 2026 through the Gumi City Scholarship Foundation, with the aim of fostering outstanding local talent. We encourage interested students to apply.

■ Overview of Selection

• Application Period: April 27, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – May 8, 2026 (Fri) 18:00

• Number of Recipients: Total 347 students
  (68 high school students, 265 university students, 14 descendants of national merit recipients, etc.)

• Total Scholarship Amount: KRW 424 million

■ Eligibility Requirements (Common)

• Residency: Applicants must have been registered as residents of Gumi City for at least one year as of the announcement date (April 13, 2026).

• Academic Status:

  • Current students enrolled in high schools located in Gumi City, or

  • University students who graduated from high schools in Gumi City
