[Center for Teaching & Learning] Recruitment Notice for Learners in the 2026 Spring Semester “SOS Class” Learning Support Program for Students with Disabilities

Hello, students of The Catholic University of Korea.

The Center for Teaching & Learning is now recruiting learners for the “Learning Bridge Program for Students with Disabilities (SOS Class)” for the 2026 Spring semester.

Each semester, the Center for Teaching & Learning operates a variety of programs to support students’ adaptation to university life and to enhance their academic abilities.

Among these, the “Learning Bridge Program for Students with Disabilities” is a customized learning support program designed based on an understanding of each student’s individual characteristics and needs.

By applying for learning support in courses you are taking during the 2026 Spring semester or in other subjects (such as English, computer skills, etc.),
 you will be matched with an outstanding tutor and participate in a 1:1 learning team. (Up to 20 hours)

Applications for SOS Class learners are accepted on a rolling basis.

1. Eligibility for Learners

• Students with disabilities currently enrolled at The Catholic University of Korea

  • Students on leave of absence or those who have completed coursework are not eligible


 2. Benefits for Learners

• 10 ELP points awarded

※ Points will be granted only if the total learning time exceeds 10 hours and the learner submits a learning log within the designated period

3. Program Details

• Learning hours: Up to 20 hours

• Tutoring period: From team formation to June 15 (Mon)

※ Each session may be conducted either online or offline [The first session must be held offline]

5. Important Notes

• Tutors will be assigned after learner recruitment is completed.

• After discussion between the learner and tutor, the tutor will prepare a learning plan. Tutoring sessions (online/offline) will proceed according to the plan after approval by the administrator.

• After the initial team formation, further details will be provided through individual contact.
